Long-distance moves are priced based on the weight of your shipment and the distance traveled. Unlike hourly-rate local moves, an interstate move gives you a binding estimate upfront — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
We provide free in-home or virtual estimates to assess the size and scope of your move. This ensures there are no surprises on moving day. Our estimator will walk through your home, note specialty items, and provide a detailed written quote.

Moving weight costs money on a long-distance move. Go through each room and donate, sell, or discard items you no longer need. Less weight means a lower price and a fresh start.
Get Your Documents in Order
Notify your employer, schools, doctors, DMV, voter registration, and insurance providers about your address change. Forward your mail through USPS at least two weeks before your move date.
Pack an Essentials Box
Your shipment may take several days to arrive. Pack a suitcase with clothes, toiletries, medications, phone chargers, important documents, and anything you'll need for the first 3 to 5 days at your new home.
