How We Execute Commercial Moves
Site Survey & Planning
We walk both locations — current and new — to assess logistics, measure doorways and elevators, identify IT infrastructure needs, and create a detailed move plan with your team.
Label & Map System
Every item, desk, and piece of equipment is labeled with a color-coded system that maps to the floor plan of your new office. Our crew knows exactly where every piece goes.
Phased Relocation
For larger offices, we execute the move in phases. Critical departments move first, followed by support areas. This keeps your business partially operational throughout the process.
Setup & Verification
Once delivered, our crew reassembles furniture, places equipment according to the floor plan, and does a final walk-through with your facilities manager to confirm everything is in place.
